Orthopaedic Specialists of Texas

Houston Orthopaedic/Sports Medicine Associates and Southwest Bone and Joint have merged into Orthopaedic Specialists of Texas. OST was formed to provide general and sport related orthopaedic care and specialized orthopaedic surgery services for Sugar land, Houston, and the surrounding areas. OST enjoys an excellent reputation with both national and international referrals.

In addition to the practice of general orthopaedics, sub-specialties include hand and upper extremity surgery, sports medicine surgery, shoulder surgery and arthroscopy, joint implant surgery, surgery of the knee, limb reconstruction, scoliosis, diseases and deformities of the spine, acute and reconstruction trauma, and general sports medicine.

Rehabilitation services are provided by OST. Your care is under the supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists, Licensed Occupational Therapists, and Licensed Athletic Trainers. These members are trained to care for the entire spectrum of rehabilitation for musculo-skeletal disorders including post-operative and non-operative problems.

Recently, OST has developed a program for the diagnosis and treatment of Pudendal Nerve Entrapment. Under the direction of Dr Renney, this program provides care for this devastating problem in the United States.
